INSTALLING THE AFFILIATE MARTKETER'S TOOLKIT:

1. FTP into your website and create a new folder named amt 
   right under your root directory so it will look like 
   http://www.yourdomain.com/amt

2. Upload all files to the directory you have just created with
   your FTP software. 

   Files to upload are into your new amt folder are

   cloaker
   covert
   html
   images
   inc
   popups
   index.php
   setup.php

3. CHMOD this directory and all files in it to 777 (or at least 557)

3. Point your browser to the setup file you just uploaded at
   http://www.yourdomain.com/amt/setup.php

   The self-installer will take it from here, so just follow the
   on-screen instructions...
